We offer in person appointments in Beverly Hills (CA), Manhattan (NY), and Miami (FL). Please be ready to show a valid photo ID to our security before you will be allowed to enter our facility.

Alan Jensen is our head of laboratory. He is responsible for gold, silver, platinum, palladium, dental gold, coins, bullion, our melting division and refining. Commercial clients can also contact Alan to discuss gold deliveries.

Maria Tait is our head of jewelry, fine jewelry and gemstones. She supervises all jewelry transactions and is also responsible for communication with liquidators, nonprofits,  auction houses, press and media.
