Moreover, we’ve separated our laboratory and the management from the rest of our staff to ensure a safe work environment. Staff in key positions already reduced their social contact at the beginning of March, before any cases of COVID-19 had been confirmed in the United States. Longer Lab Hours
To help meet the needs of our customers during the Coronavirus crisis, we now have longer lab opening hours. Effective immediately!
During a crisis, we don’t just see people selling valuables because they no longer need or want them. We expect more people to sell online in the near future, which is why we decided to extend our lab opening hours by 4 hours every day. This will ensure that we can handle the demand of even more people selling to reDollar.
Workdays: 12+ hours
Our facilities have always been very clean and extremely well organized, as we are dealing with highly valuable goods. Effective March 1, 2020, we’re also sanitizing our office, laboratory, and equipment several times daily.
We are using various sanitizing products and isopropyl alcohol to ensure cleanliness comparable to a medical standard. Our tremendous precautions will help keep our facility Coronavirus-free, which guarantees you a smooth and super-fast selling experience. Because you may need it NOW more than ever before.
Along with our lab, our accounting department will also be extending its hours.

Call ahead! If you think you might have COVID-19, notify your healthcare providers when making an appointment or before going in if you already have an appointment scheduled. This will help the healthcare providers’ office take the appropriate steps to keep other people from getting infected or exposed.
