Sometimes, selling is a family decision, and we understand that plans can change. No worries about that. If you claim SOME items back

Sometimes, people reconsider selling a specific item for various reasons. They may have sentimental attachment to the item due to associated memories, or maybe the item was only included in the shipment by accident. Don’t panic; we can fix that. Our laboratory will work with you to remove the desired item from the rest of your lot. We’ll also provide you with photos to make sure we get the right merchandise back to you. We will process the return within 24 hours.

Items we cannot buy

Very often, our customers are literally turning their jewelry boxes upside down and sending us everything they no longer want or need or whatever they’ve recently inherited. That’s okay—it’s our job to go through your possessions and sort everything according to its value. About 8 out of 10 shipments contain items we can’t buy, whether they have little value or no monetary value at all. As a courtesy, we ALWAYS ask our customers if they want those items back. If so, we get to work and pack everything you want back in your return shipment.

Items we would not accept

We are operating on a tiny profit margin and returning heavy items that we would NOT accept in general is possible but not for free. We frequently receive pots, screws, silver-colored pipes, steel flatware, plated trays, glassware or other heavy merchandise representing zero monetary value. It’s okay to claim those items back but please consider that we will ask you for return shipping compensation on those items. We will not make money on shipping and we will only charge you the actual shipping costs without adding something for packing or handling. We can also donate those items to avoid having it shipped back. A donation would be for a good cause and would also help the environment.
